To start, make sure you’re using the correct email address and password.
Email check:
After registration, you should have received an account creation email. If you don’t see it in your inbox or spam folder, the email address may have been entered incorrectly during registration. In this case, please use the form above, and our support team will help you access your account.
If you do see the account creation email, you can log in automatically by clicking “Start My Personal Plan” in that email for up to three days after receiving it. If that time has passed, you’ll need to log in manually using this email and your password.
Forgot your password?
If you’re sure the email address is correct but your password doesn’t work, click “Forgot Password?” and follow the instructions to reset it.

Select “Forgot Password?” at the bottom of the page.
Enter your email address and click “Reset Password.”
Check your email for the verification code (don’t forget to check your spam folder).
Enter the verification code in the form and set a new password.
The same email and password work for both the Spirio app and Spirio Hub (web version).

Open Account Settings, tap Support, then scroll to Manage Subscription and select Cancel Subscription.
Once your subscription is canceled, no further charges will be made.
